The buzz seems to be getting around the East end of town as Toronto’s historic Broadview Hotel, which houses Jilly’s strip club, has been purchased by real estate developer Streetcar Developments.
The great news about this purchase is Streetcar plans to revive this landmark building into a site that everyone can use and be proud of. The building has a lot of structural issues so it will be quite the task to turn this site into a Riverside Jewel.
The even better news is The Real Estate Network has a listing in the works coming out at The Ninety located at 90 Broadview. This is a great opportunity for a buyer looking to get into an ever changing and up and coming area. With the gentrification occurring so rapidly in the east I often tell buyers to revert back to the good old days in the west end. Remember when Queen St West and Dufferin was not a social hub? Now look at it… Queen St W is arguably one of the trendiest places to be or be seen. This will soon be the east and you can be ahead of the curve!
