Why we love it: Wonderfully walkable, Summerhill streets are lined with independent shops catering to the local community.
The real estate is located minutes away from the great shops on Yonge Street and our favourite local restaurant, the Rosedale Diner. The nearby Rosehill Reservoir Park featuring playgrounds, flower gardens and water features is a go-to destination. Shop at the “4 Thieves”–a strip of high-end grocers and shops–or walk along Yonge street and enjoy a meal on Terroni’s rooftop patio.
Yonge Street runs through the Summerhill neighbourhood, and provides easy access to transit at both the Summerhill and Rosedale subway stations. This neighbourhood is very walkable and most errands can be done on foot.
