Summer is here, but there had not been any slowdown in the Toronto Market.

We are still seeing limited inventory, with a 33.7% decrease in the product for the month of June.  June continued with our theme for 2016 of the bully offer frenzy. In fact, we saw record numbers for the average sale prices across the GTA for condos and freehold homes up 41.5% from last year!
