The fall market started of slowing, as the end of summer drew to a close.

However, we are not seeing some more action in the marketplace. Demand continues to out space the supply of homes for sale and as a result, we are seeing a continued rise in home prices. We have seen a decreese of 36.6% in the total number of homes for sale compared to this time last year.
